February 13, 2012 - Gethsemane Weight Loss Challenge
Best Weigh is a 10 week weight management program that will be offered in Raleigh for the first time Monday evenings, starting February 13. This highly successful program was developed by Elvin Adams, MD, MPH, back in 1974.  This is your opportunity to lose 20-30 pounds and succeed in your new year's resolution.  There are no special foods to buy; there are no pills or supplements to purchase.  This common sense program has brought weight loss to hundreds of people from coast to coast.  The total cost for this entire program, including all workbook materials is $5.

February 19,21-24 - Financial Management Seminar "Faith & Finance"
This Financial Management seminar is sponsored by the Stewardship/Personal Mainistries Departmentand is designed to help you be financial fit during these difficult economic times.  Join us as we learn from God's word on how to manage the money God has given us.
